3. Return & Exchange Procedure

For exchanges, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days after inspection is completed.

If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor, severe color variance, or incorrect product received, shipping costs will be covered by us;
