Shipping Policy

 

These terms apply to all orders placed through Jardinic (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within Australia only.
Shipping services to other regions are not available at this time.

Shipping Fee

• Orders of 79.99 AUD or above (inclusive) qualify for free shipping.

• Orders below 79.99 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.

All listed product prices already include applicable taxes, with no additional charges required.

Cut-off Time

Orders completed and paid by 18:00 (Australia local time) will enter the processing queue the same day.
Orders paid after 18:00 will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed during rest days will begin processing on the next working day.

Processing Time

We typically require 1–3 business days to prepare, package, and dispatch an order.
During high-volume periods or unexpected circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 6–10 business days.
Actual arrival may vary depending on region, weather or carrier network conditions.

Tracking Information

After shipment, a tracking number will be provided.
You may follow the parcel status through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Liability Statement

Transit timing may be affected by weather, route conditions, or other external factors once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, lost, or encounters issues, please contact us promptly and we will assist in coordinating a solution.

Receipt & Inspection

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery.
If any damage, shortage, or irregularity is identified, please notify us as soon as possible for follow-up handling.
