Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services across Australia only. Delivery is not available outside Australia at this time.
2. Shipping Fee Description
Orders with a total of 79.99 AUD or more, including 79.99 AUD, qualify for free delivery. Orders below 79.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.
3. Taxes
All product prices include applicable taxes, and no additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
4. Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed starting from the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting from the next day. If the processing start date falls on a non-working day, it will be postponed to the next working day.
5. Processing Time
Order processing time is 2-3 business days. After processing is completed, the order will move into the shipping stage.
6. Transit Time
The estimated overall transit time is 7-10 business days after shipment.

We may use one of the following carriers depending on operational arrangements:

- FedEx
- UPS
8. Order Tracking
After shipment, a notification email with the tracking number will be sent to your email address. You may track your order status on the carrier’s official website.
9. Responsibility Statement
Please ensure the shipping address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete recipient information, unavailable recipients, or unsuccessful contact attempts.
If delivery is delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as extreme weather, transport restrictions, or carrier system disruptions, we will assist in following up on the shipment status.
10. Receipt And Inspection Notes
Please inspect the parcel upon receipt, including the outer packaging condition, item quantity, and any visible damage. If any issues are found, please note them with the carrier at delivery and contact us promptly.
